A practical checklist for comparing accommodation, checking location and understanding your booking before you pay.
Start with the location you need
Choose your destination around the purpose of your visit. Check the property's address and map, and ask about transport if proximity to an airport, workplace or attraction matters. A city name alone does not tell you the journey time.
Compare the accommodation, not just the photo
Read the room or unit description, guest capacity and facilities. Check whether the rate is for a whole unit or a bed space, and whether meals or other services are included. Ask the property about any accessibility requirements before committing.
Check dates and the final total
Enter your travel dates and guest numbers to check available options. Read the currency, rate period and full price shown for your selection. A listing preview is not a guarantee of availability or a final quote.
Read the cancellation terms
Review the cancellation and payment conditions attached to your selected stay. If your plans may change, compare the conditions before confirming. Keep your confirmation and use support if you need clarification.
Keep payment information private
